Hi, I have a motorola rokr E8 phone.
1). I am having trouble installing the Motorola Phone Tools program that came in a CD along with the phone. I am able to install it, but when I try to open the Motorola Phone Tools program I get a message saying "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem". I reinstalled it several times but it still does not work.
2). Also, can anyone how to set .mp3 songs as ringtones? I added the songs on to my phone through the removable disc folder and copy and pasted them into music folder. But when I tried to set them as ringtones it doesn't let me.
Can anyone help me with these problems I am experiencing. Thank you.

do I have to convert the songs to .dcf format because thats what the ringtones are used as?
