    By "themes" do you mean backgrounds, i.e., wallpapers? If so, the answer is yes.

    Yes its possible to put custom themes on your motorola, but it's hard to do and there's alot of programming and tweaking that you have to do before you get it done, and you can risk destroying your cellphone's system....which happened to my old e398, after uploading some custom skins.
