Need help with ringtones and the Motorola W577

I'm trying to get ringtones to my phone and have used the steps that have been pointed out with the P2Kcommander and MSU to do so but I'm not getting anywhere. When I run the MSU I get a page pop up where there's some type of problem with a hot fix for window vista and with P2K I get "device not found" after I select P2K Phone System then Re-Read. Can anyone help me?
