I'm trying to get the Moto L7 to connect to my computer to transfer ringtones. I can't get it to connect correctly - anyone have any ideas?

You need a driver, try using Motorola Phone Tools.

When you say you can't get the phone to connect correctly, do you mean that when you plug the phone into your PC with the USB cable, the PC isn't showing that the phone is plugged in? Are you getting any error messages? After you plug it in, check in Control Panel - Phone and Modem, and under the Modems tab you should see a listing for Mortorola USB Modem attached to a COM port. If not, you may have a problem with the USB port itself. If that's the case, try a different USB port on the PC.
