Unlocked V195 (w/ AT&T)

I just bought an unlocked (T-Mobile branded) cell phone from eBay. I am using it w/ AT&T. All the phone and text messaging features work great -- however, I'm unable to connect to the internet at all. I consistently get a "Network not available" message.

Anyone know how to fix this?

this could due to network lock...try this to unlock ur mobile
than try all your stuff... unlock
