I was looking to buy one of the Motorola H690 headset. My question is I have heard that the ear loop is not very flexible and breaks easily. I would like to hear from those that have them or know about them. Are they good earbuds are far as clarity and connection? Really my main concern is the ear loop as I've said I heard they break easily. Are they universal so you could maybe buy a different manufactor's loop and snap it in?
Thanks for your help in this matter.

I can't answer your questions directly since I don't have this particular headset. Looking at the way the ear loop connects, however ...

    Re: Motorola H690 Bluetooth Question

Having tried the H690, I can tell you that you've heard correctly that the ear loop (a rigid, plastic one) could break.

But, the headset technology and overall design is pretty good, and the included charging options are nice to have. So, check out the same headset, but a slightly different model called the H690 Pearl from Motorola. It is their female-focused design (subtle, classy, not flashy, and not just a splash of pink or red, either!). This version has a nice clear and comfortable ear loop, and it comes with the same charging options as I mentioned above.

Another awesome Bluetooth headset that has yet to be disliked by any female I know is the Plantronics 925. It's a bit more expensive than the H690 Pearl, but definitely worth its price, in terms of comfort, easy fit, great performance, and even a sense of unique design (yes, it's not a square or oval Bluetooth headset). It is also available in multiple colors. For this and other recommendations, I found a smartphone accessory site that makes things easier to choose; it doesn't throw everything at you to see what sticks - they actually make it easy to select from a few good choices. PDACART.com is the site, and I like it so far.
