Renewed Contract. Phone Full Price?

My sister Renewed a contract for me, and gave me her old phone. she just now upgraded her Phone to a blackberry. Her old Phone Doesnt Work To Well. So I Was Looking At New Phones From Walmart In My Area. Do You Have To Pay The Full Price For the Phone since she is not starting a new line. Or Can I Get a new phone for a lower price. it is a razor and the service provider is Verizon. So The Razor Does Not Have A Sim Card.

Do you have to pay full price for a new phone, probably.
If she signed a new contract and got a new phone, and gave you her old one, then her old phone (the one you currently use) is either on its own contract, or is a pre-paid one.
You need to find out when the contract is renewable for your phone to be eligible for the discounted phone rates.
