    Is there a way i can set my phone so that when friends call me they can hear my ringtone?

    It's called a ringback tone - You'll have to be more specific with what phone and service provider you have.

    I know with Verizon you would have to pay for ringback tones. And if you get a new phone, the ringback tones don't transfer to the new phone.
