I'm using a Razr V3m on Verizon and the BitPim test release version 1.0.7.20090805, which is the most recent and what I'm told is best at getting past manufacturer and carrier blocks. Bitpim recognizes the phone just fine and will allow me to send certain things to the phone, but not everything. Pic below (remove spaces):

Problem is the only thing I want to send is a ringtone and I've never seen the option greyed out before. I've used an LG Voyager with Bitpim before and never has it been greyed out. My question to you is how do I fix this?

Don't tell me to use a different program, don't tell me to use a different method. I just want to know how I can fix Bitpim and get it working. That's all I want to know, so please help me with this.

BitPim IS working. You are using a RAZR, that means you cannot access these other options. Use the 'Filesystem' option (can be shown by going to View > View Filesystem if necessary). If it doesn't connect, simply unplug and re-plug in the phone. This is the ONLY way you can use BitPim with a RAZR (or with any CDMA phone).
