I am new to this so please bear with me. I attempted to use my unlocked Z6C last week in Canada. I was not requested to enter a code with the new sim card so I know that it is unlocked.

I had no problem using the sim card in my Blackberry and another Motorola phone, V600, that I carry with me to use out of the country.

Does anyone know the steps to select the network for using the sim card out of the country. My carrier is Verizon.

    Re: Motorola Z6C Unlocked

the sim that you used in the other phones doesn't work in the z6c? It could be that because this phone only connects with GSM 900/1800 that you are not getting a signal in those bands. The motorola v600, for example, is a quad band GSM phone (850/900/1800/1900) Maybe it's connecting to a tower that is 850 or 1900 mhz.
