Hi – I spent a couple of hours digging around for the right tools to unlock my F3, so I’ve put them up for everyone to use here:

This includes the flashing tools rsd lite 3.1 and associated images – you will need a USB-motorola F3 cable though or make your own serial / F3 cable (schematics included). These are simply just tools I've bundled up for ease of access etc. If you just want to unlock an F3, use ODM_Unlock_v118h. I have personally tested this and it works fine.
