News: Motorola Quench for $50 via Rogers

If you are a Rogers customer and have been waiting to get your hands on the Motorola Quench at a lesser price, then you are in luck. Rogers in Canada has just launched the Quench, their first Android smartphone from Motorola, for $49.99 on a 3 year contract. You can buy the Motorola Quench without a contract but it will cost you $424.99.

An update on the specs and features of the Quench is Motorola’s are: MotoBlur, Android 1.5 possible upgradable to 2.1, 3.1 HVGA capacitive touchscreen display, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, digital compass, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera, 512MB ROM, 256MB RAM and MicroSD card support.
