My motorola BK61 has had a message on it for six months. it's not locked or anything. If i press...
ERASE - it takes me to my message folder
OPTIONS - it takes me to my message folder
OPEN - it won't open at all.

I've done everything, my phone won't let me format it to erase it.

Can anybody help me?
