Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, but I'm really not sure where to go with this. I have the Motorola Razr phone and I've only had it a few months. It seems to run slow at times and several times the screen hasn't responded and I've been forced to reboot it. Tonight the phone completely froze up after I ended a call. I couldn't press the "end call" button. The other day I noticed a couple of apps on my home screen that I didn't install. Has my phone been hacked? Is there a way to tell?
Also, while on the call tonight I noticed a clicking noise in the background of the call and from time to time I've heard a pop on the speakers. Does anyone know what this is?
I'm hoping that there's an option other than a reset. I have some text messages I need for a court date so I can't lose those yet.
Thanks.

Re: Has my phone been hacked?
Won't I lose my texts that way? That's the whole reason why I can't do a reset as I explained. Besides if I install the same app not knowing what's causing the problem I'm not resolving anything. Isn't there a way to determine what's causing it or is there something I should be looking for on my phone?

Re: Has my phone been hacked?
Is there an option to forward your messages somewhere? Or maybe reset it after the court date. I haven't heard about anything like this before, how long have you had your phone? Maybe it's really old and it's starting to "die" on you.
