I got my first Smartphone in feb. 2013. (Bravo) from Consumer Cellular. The first 5 months
it worked fine. Then my signal got weak to where it took longer and longer to connect when
calling out, sometime now it will drop the altogether. I called CC time after time. Finally
they sent me 2 new sim cards. Same ole /same ole. What would help this get better.
New batteries, maybe? Can't get anything from CC!!!!!!! Any ideas out there?

The battery should have nothing to do with the signal you are getting. Something must have changed with the towers in your area. Have you tried turning off the phone, taking the battery our for 5 min or so then turning it back on?
