V710 question: Can you take an incoming call if you're on another call?

I have a V710 flip phone. Can you take an incoming call if you're on another call? Or must the 2^nd call be forced to voice mail?

I'd like to toggle between the 2 calls as I do w/ call waiting on my land line.

This would be a feature of your service provider. Most have it enabled by default.

Actually, in my further experience w/ this phone, I discovered that it indeed behaves exactly as one would expect. If a 2nd call comes while on the 1st call, simply press the green phone button. this answers the 2nd call while placing the 1st one on hold. The green button acts as a toggle to switch between both calls as long as the lines are open.
