Add a Contact:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Launch Contacts
- Tap + to add a new contact
- Type in the contacts phone number and name in the proper fields
- You can add any additional contact information as you see fit. When ready to save, tap Done
Import / Export Contacts:
- Open Contacts
- Tap Menu > Import / Export
- Choose to Import from SIM card, Import from storage or Export to storage
- Tap OK to confirm (if exporting contacts)
- If importing, select the account you want to use and mark the contacts you wish to import
- Follow any self-explanatory on-screen steps that may follow
Create a Speed Dial Widget:
- Press and hold an empty space on the home screen
- Tap Widgets and find the Direct Dial widget
- Tap and hold the widget, then drag it on the home screen to release it in place
- At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the speed dial widget
NOTE: You can create multiple Direct Dial widgets and you can organize them in folders by dragging and dropping them on top of one another
Delete Contacts:
- Open Contacts
- Select the contact you want to delete
- Tap Edit contact > Menu > Delete
- Tap OK to confirm
Create a new Caller Group:
- Launch Contacts
- Tap the Add a contact icon
- If required, select an account
- Tap Group name under Groups
- Tap Create a new Group and enter the desired group name
- Tap OK
- Enter the name of the contact and any additional information you see fit
- When ready, tap Back to automatically save the group
Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:
- Tap Contacts
- Select the contact you want to add to a group
- Tap Edit (the icon shaped like a pencil)
- Tap Group name under Groups
- Select the desired group
- Tap Back to save the changes
View and Reset the Call Log:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Tap Menu > Call history
- Swipe to and tap & hold the call log entry you want to view more details about
- To reset the call log, tap Menu > Clear call log
