Block Calls & Messages:
- Tap the “All apps” icon on the home screen
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap the name of the contact you want to block (you won’t receive calls and messages from it)
- Tap “Edit” and press “Menu”
- Enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls & Messages:
- Open the “Contacts” app
- Tap the name of the contact you want to unblock
- Tap the “Edit” contact icon > “Menu”
- Tap to clear the “All calls to voicemail” option
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Open the “Phone” app
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call settings”
- Swipe to and tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered”, “When unreachable”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Update”
Forward All Calls (Unconditional):
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call settings”
- Swipe to and select “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” > “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Access the Phone’s application “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call settings”
- Swipe to and tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to disable one or more of the following options:
- Always forward
- When busy
- When unanswered
- When unreachable
- Tap “Disable”
