Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Establish a USB connection between the Moto X and computer
- Swipe the “Notification” bar down and enable “Disk Drive” or “Media sync (MTP)”
- Open an Explorer window and locate the desired audio files on your computer
- Copy the files, and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
- After the transfer is done, click “Safely Remove hardware” in the system tray
- Eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB
Change the Phone Ringtone:
- Open the “Settings” menu
- Under “Device”, tap “Sound”
- Tap “Phone ringtone” under “Call Ringtone & vibrate”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
- Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cannot assign custom ringtones to contacts stored on the SIM card or the internal memory.
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to set a custom ringtone for
- Tap the “Edit” icon depicting a pencil
- Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select a ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device”
- Tap “Sound & notification”
- Tap “Default Notification Sound” under “Sound”
- Select the desired sound and tap “OK”

When I swipe the notification bar down I do not see Disk Drive or Media Sync. What could be wrong? I have a Moto X Pure Edition.

It is always there, maybe you modify of your notification toogle.
