Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” from the home screen
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Messenger”
  3. Tap the message thread exchange with the contact / phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “people & options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be moved to archives.

Unblock Messages via Messenger:

  1. Open Google’s “Messenger” app
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the desired conversation thread
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might not be available if call forwarding is not supported by your carrier)
  4. Select or enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Select “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
