Block Calls:
- Open “Contacts” from the home screen
- Access “All Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
- Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Messenger”
- Tap the message thread exchange with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “people & options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be moved to archives.
Unblock Messages via Messenger:
- Open Google’s “Messenger” app
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Select the desired conversation thread
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Press “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might not be available if call forwarding is not supported by your carrier)
- Select or enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
- Select “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Press “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to disable “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
