Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts” and tap the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages exchanged with the blocked contact / number will be archived, and you will no longer receive message notifications for messages from blocked contacts.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived” and select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it’s not supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Turn OFF Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
