Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you an sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync your account data, including contacts, with your Moto C Plus.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer and access “Info
  3. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  4. Register your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  5. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  6. Once the sync is complete, switch to the Moto C Plus and register the same Google account used in iTunes
  7. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Moto device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can register your account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to export
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
  6. Once the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, perform one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the Moto C Plus to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard containing your contacts
  3. Once done, tap “Email” to compose a new email containing the vCard attachment
  4. Send the email and attachment to your own address
  5. On the Motorola device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook via “Contacts

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a PC.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the Google Play Store on the Moto C Plus and install the same app
  3. Open the app on both smartphones
  4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
  6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process
