Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts
  3. Access “All Contacts” and tap “+
  4. Select an account with which to sync the contact
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: By repeating the steps above you can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for more contacts. Additionally you can organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Access “All Contacts
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Call history
  4. Tap a call log entry for more details
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear history” > “Clear call log

Create a New Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Go to “All Contacts
  3. Tap the desired contact and go to “More Fields” > “Group name
  4. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name
  5. Tap “OK

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Access “All Contacts
  3. Tap the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields” > “Group name
  5. Select the desired caller group and press “OK” to confirm
