Block Calls from a Contact:
- Open “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Select the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls from a Contact:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact whose calls you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages:
- Open Google Messages
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for all the archived messages.
Unblock Incoming Messages:
- Open Google Messages
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “phone”
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (this feature might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
