Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, and contacts, with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the PC via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Click the iPhone and access “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  6. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an account
  7. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  8. Once done, log in with the same account on the Android phone and allow the account to sync contacts with the device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the same account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the PC
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Once done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import it to “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, copy the vCard to the phone and use ‘Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup, an iOS third-party app that can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap “Backup”
  3. Compose an email and ensure the vCard is attached
  4. Send the email to your own address and switch to the Android phone
  5. Open the email and download the vCard
  6. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS, to share your iPhone contacts without computer access.

  1. Install Send Anywhere eon the iPhone via the App Store
  2. Go to the Play Store and install the app on the Android device
  3. Launch the app on both phones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desire contacts and tap “Send” again
  6. Choose a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts
