Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Establish a USB connection between the Android device and computer
  2. On the phone, enable “Media file MTP” at the prompt or from the Notification area
  3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Navigate to the audio files on the PC
  5. Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and/or “Notifications” folders
  6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Swipe up on the home screen
  2. Launch “Settings
  3. Go to “Sound
  4. Tap “Phone ringtone
  5. Select the desired ringtone

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be set for contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or SIM card.

  1. On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
  2. Launch “Contacts
  3. Tap and hold the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone
  5. Select the desired ringtone
  6. Tap “Save

Change Notification Ringtones:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Sound
  3. Tap “Default notification sound
  4. Select the desired notification ringtone

Manage Emergency Alerts:

  1. Open “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Wireless alerts
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  5. Enable or disable “Allow alerts” “AMBER alerts” “Extreme threats” and “Severe threats
