Motorola t720i (o2)

Hi everyone,

This will obviously strike you as an extremely stupid question, however i've been experiencing extreme difficulties with my handset since i bought it 4 days ago.

I've been unable to set up the 'gprs' o2active service at all, even though i've attempted to enter the settings on numerous occasions.

I've seen a couple of topics about similar things happening (well, with MMS, which to no surprise is also not working).

O2 told me they'd 'configured' my phone to allow me to access GPRS, however i don't really think they have a clue as to what they're doing.

If anyone else has an 02 moto t720i, then i'd be greatful if you could tell me the exact settings which are in your phone and what else i need to do to get this damned thing to work
