AT&T just bought out our service provider and replaced our phones. I have a fairly new Motorola Quantico and would like to disable the phone system and give it to a friend to use as a digital camera and alarm clock. I need instructions how to do this.

Alltel was our old provider and service. The tech support and the Samsung Rugby that AT&T provides really is much worse.
