Hi, I am new member with questions

Hello everyone,
I have a few questions as an iphone5s owner. We have 5 authorized/shared phones and computer in our family on itunes and icloud. I am seeking a phone spy to keep track of the kids, but we are concerned it will show up in our "clouds or tunes". The kid have access to it as well......can't block that without raising suspicion. We all use the same account....one id and password so we control what is or isn't purchased!
Is there any that is invisible when we all share these?

Hoping someone out there knows......
