Good evening! Friends, are there any sports fans among you? I plan to start a week of running training. This is the first experience in my life and I need advice. What are the best distances to start with?

Hey! I never liked to run, I am always enough for a short time and my strength quickly runs out. Running and sports are definitely not mine. I envy people who are good at it.

Good evening! Each person has his own supply of vitality and energy and everyone needs an individual schedule. But for my people, I advise you to start with a short distance and a short run of 10-15 minutes. It is worth increasing this time every day.
