Is this happening only when she calls?

I have dealt with this issue before, but never when only 1 certain number calls. In the past, it was happening with all calls made to the customers phone. If this is the case, go into your settings, find your "CALL FORWARDING" menu, and cancel all call forwarding. It only takes about a minute to do.

There could be a couple of factors as to why this is happening.. For one, you could be having bad reception at the time of her calls, you could be dialing a number at the time shes calling u, you could have it set so that when certain numbers call, they dont get through, they get your voice mail ( sounds like this is the issue ) have her call from a diffrent number. If she can get through with the diffrent number, check your settings and see if her number is blocked. Do u have a new wife or girlfirend who would be jealous and do something like that? I would defiantely check it out and see if that is the case. ALSO, theres an option on most phones to allow ALL calls only in your phone book to get through OR to allow ONLY numbers that are NOT restricted. So if her number is blocked, this could be the case too. Have her press *82 before dialing your number... let me know how these things work out.. You can PM me for more help if needed...

A x-wife keeps calling my T-mobile phone. When she calls it rings once and then it goes straight to voice mail. Does anyone know how he does this, and if so how can I stop this?
