I downloaded the program, converted a tone, and uploaded the file with really no problem. If you have access to the internet through your phone, you should be able to use this program with no problems. If you find any problems, give us your feedback here.

more of an fyi, but i was just browsing the diff ringtone app sites again (ie xingtone, myphonefiles etc) - anyways, i just noticed that tonethis is now free - i think it might be a scam but i can't tell yet, site says it's free and in his blog he says they decided to go free? so i'm trying to figure out the catch...
