Already took it to them and all the lady did was call 228 and said thats all she knew to do. Wasn't too impressed by her.

Or, better yet, just take the phone back to the Verizon store you bought it at, or the nearest one to you, and have them figure it out.

Hi, got a VX4400 and I can't send calls. But the thing is, I can receive calls; send text messages, and receive voice mails. Anybody know why I can do text, voicemail, receive calls, and download ringers at all times; but I can't call out?
