    There is a folder on your Transflash card called Media and that is where you put the files.

    Pc link 1.0 does not work on a920. To get mp3's on they have to go on the transFlash card under Media folder and not music. Load them and go to my media and they will be there.

    your phone should have come with a SD adaptor to put your transflash in, get a usb card reader put sd adaptor w/ transflash into the card reader and plug into computer. open my computer and find your card(will be a new drive) open the new drive and put mp3's into there correct folder. i dont know how sprints system works but that should be easy.

    my phone didnt come with software so i installed a software i found on the samsung site, pc link1.0. but now that i have that running it says my phone isnt compatible. what software are you using to put your mp3 onto the phone because i bought this phone for that feature and a larger memory card but if i cant do it i want to know before my 14 days to change the phone are up. please help someone!
