    Thanks, I was really going for the SLVR until I read your post lol. 350 is way too much, I could've gotten it cheaper for you on this site that sells them unlocked for 250. I think the only reason why I was going for this phone is because it plays music, but if it takes that long maybe I should reconsider the idea for like the moto rokr maybe or something else lol. Thanks for the info.

    Hey,

    The picture quality isn't that good but it works. I haven't played with the video that much. The main thing about the phone I like is that its small and plays mp3's. I paid about 350 (with tax) for the phone at a place called wireless toyz here in las vegas. I would say that its worth it. Its got a bunch of options and is real nice. However, I might return it for a razr v3x because the slvr doesn't have A2DP and I'm still trying to figure that out. Also I don't think the SLVR has USB 2.0. Its extremely slow in transferring music to the Micro Transflash. I mean.. It takes about 5 minutes to put 1 CD on there of MP3's. The phone sounds good and the speaker phone function etc works great. The headphones sound good. I don't know why they made the USB port do everything (including headphones) but it works. You just can't charge the phone and use the headphones at the same time.

    Thank you so much. I actually called T-Mobile tech support and a nice lady walked me through it all. The profiles were kinda hidden in the menu system but once this was done everything started working great. I took some pictures and sent them to someone.

    you need to go to your message center and do the following -

    press menu -> inbox setup
    MMS message setup -> server info -> press select
    hit menu key and delete one of the profiles you dont need.

    Then go to t-mobiles configurator on their site and use the RAZR settings and set up MMS and it will save since you now have an empty slot to save the profile.

    The msg is "Exceeds Maximum Limit. Cannot add another MMS Server Profile" (almost exactly what it says)

    I was wondering maybe if someone has already done this and can walk me through the process. I did go to t-mobile.com and configure the settings but when i try to configure it for text-picture messaging my phone says something like "exceeds limit. cannot add another mms server/service"

    I was wondering if someone at T-Mobile knows if they are working on compatability with this wonderful phone. I have seen T-Mobile UK sites with the phone supported.

    You need to configure it to Tmobile. The SLVR isn't listed on the website. I think the RAZR settings are the closest you will get. Assuming the settings are right, in order to receive MMS you must first send an MMS to enable this service.

    I absolutely Love T-Mobile service but I also really enjoy the SLVR. Everything works great I am simply trying to configure the phone to work with text messaging and sending pictures. I have tried using the RAZR V3 settings but I get a wierd error msg when I try to add text messanging settings. Says that the MMS settings are exceeded or something.

    If someone could just help me from T-Mobile and guide me in the right direction. It also says "cingular" on the phone still for some reason. I bought this phone "unlocked" from wireless toys in las vegas.
