By downloading software that allows you to convert one sound file format to another.

Google if your friend, type in "convert to mp3 Hidden Content " or "convert from to file to mp3", and dowload the program that will convert from the file format that you download, to one that your phone can use.

Many of these software programs can be found free or shareware.

I know there must be hundreds of ringtone sites for the Motorola V3c raz phone. Please let me know which ones are the best. I'm looking for the theme from Dr Zhirvoga ( I thinks it's called Lara's theme) for my wifes phone.
