i think that for what Id use it for the most (email, enternet and chatting with AIM)-- that sidekick might be the best option for me.

There is no comparison between the sidekick and 9800. The 9800 is the best multimedia phone on the market.

There's T-Mobile's tower there in Los Angeles, and you would have to go to personal coverage check, following by exactly street address and you will see from light to dark green area which that tells u're in weak spot or excellent spot. Go there http://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/?class=coverage

Thats true T-Mobile does have better value price than any carrier could offer.
Its really depends what you'll be using more often as in email, web browser, messenger or some videos.

Sidekick does it do all and it has excellent web browser which it can do in html format just like surfing the web from the computer, unfortunately it doesn't support the video format.

V also does it all, better picture megapixel resoultions, video capable, mobile web (WAP).

Its almost pretty much the same since both device has almost the same all kind of features such as qwerty keyboards, messengers, etc

    Hello,

I live in Los Angeles and currently have Verizon as our cell phone carrier. We absolutely LOVE the service and the customer service is great too. Our 2 year contract is up in May and I am having trouble deciding on if we should switch to TMobile or stay with Verizon. The only reason Id want to switch ti Tmobile is because Id really like to get a sidekick as well as the cheaper family plans which also allows more minutes.

I was wondering if anyone has any information re: TMobile service compared to Verizon service. We live in the valley (818 area code) which is just outside of Los Angeles, if that means much re: service.

Id also be interested in hearing from those that have used the phones-- what the big difference is between the two.

Thank you sooo much for your info!
