Just joined this forum so hope I've posted this in the correct place.

I have a Samsung E720 on contract from Orange. Over the last week or so I have been badgered by a company called ETC Communications offering an 'upgrade'.

Today I agreed to an upgrade to an E350, but I have to send the E720 back to them (not Orange).

Having looked at an E350 on various websites I feel that my E720 is probably better than the one offered - is this so?

Also, how can they insist that I send my E720 to them, its only 10 months old and I thought it was the property of Orange?

The phone I had before the E720 was a Motorola mr30 (new in 1998 and still going strong). Upgrading after only 10 months seems a bit premature?

    Any advice appreciated.

    Squids.
