    just thought i'd mention the L6 is unlockable for quad band by seem edit.

    Yes you can and you would be able to call the US from it on a pre-paid phone just by entering the US country code and the phone number

    Hi, I'm going to Europe for the summer and I was wondering if I could take a motorola slvr or razr and use it over there, i guess just using pre-paid sim cards? would i be able to call the us as well?
