I recently had my LG u8120 replaced with a LG 8330, and now I can't connect to phone manager. I've attempted re-installing on two different computers (both running Windows XP). I'm still using the software I originally got with my u8120, as I didn't get any new software when I got my replacement handset and I just assumed that it would work (installation files say they're for LG 8XXX). On one computer, I can connect to the handset, but it won't access the files. On the other, it won't connect to any COM ports. Am I going to have to get new software, or is it just problems with the stuff I have now?
