I never had problems with my phone i noticed one day my text messaging turned on and i never had it i told them to have it shut off so on so forth. i called them they told me i had to go to some number and enter **** to update my phone so i did and now it no longer tells me when i get voice mails. I would like to know if theres a way i can turn this back on cause its very bothersome when im like no1 leaves messages and i check and i have 10 new ones lol
