    I am the only one that thinks sprint had the worst tech people ever. I just transferred to sprint because my wife was with sprint and got a blade ( samsung a900). I can't download ringers, games etc.. It connects slowly and just hangs. Tried calling the tech support people over and over again. Can't get anyone that knows anything. They jsut keep putting tickets in which basically means nothing is getting done. If anyone has had a similar problem, can you help me and tell me what was done to fix the problem. They have had me update the software and reset my phone more times than i care to remember. Thanks for any help
