LG is hard to contact as a consumer. A lot of things on their phones are based on the network, not the physical phone itself. Even as a retailer, it's hard for us to get answers out of LG directly.

As for a Bell World store, that was my suggestion. Go to one, find someone who's been working there a long time and knows about the phones. The person who had sold you the phone was perhaps a recently hired employee who was still learning, just as I once was.

I've sent an e-mail to LG in Canada, USA and France, and they can't even give me an honest answer. They want me to call them. Why the hell should I call them? I sent an e-mail not a phone call.

Same thing with Bell Mobility. They want me to go to a Bell Mobility store. When I bought the phone, the guy who sold it to me wasn't familiar at all with mobile internet. What the hell can I do now? Guess I will have to take a chance and call LG. Then they might tell me to write an e-mail instead!?!

To be honest, I've never tried to clear the browser's memory on any cell phone. I live in Whitehorse in the Yukon Territories, and we don't have 1X service up here, so no mobile browser for us. The times when I've been on vacation, I've never gone into that much detail on the mobile browser (I've used it, I dunno, three times on a regualr cell phone?) simply because I now use either a Blackberry 7250 or a Palm Treo 650, which is completely different.

Unless one of us here on the forum knows how to do it, my suggestion is to visit a Bell World store and find someone who's tech savvy with phones and see if they can help you.

First of all, can we do it at all on any cell phone? I can't find the function on the phone nor the manual.

Ahhhh, so the 1X mobile browser, ok.

Ummm, good question on how to delete the logs tho. I've never used the 3300 in a 1X service area, so I have no idea. Sorry I can't be of much more help.

You're using the phone to connect your computer to the internet ?

    Hello,

I recently bought a LG 3300 cell phone from Bell Mobility. I'm also connected to the Internet with the cell phone.

Every time I go over the net, the damn phone keeps every site and user name in memory and it becomes impossible to delete. I could not find the option to not keep an history of the different user names used. There is an auto-complete activated at all time. The phone keeps on storing addresses and user names and they never get deleted. Is there a function on the phone that gives us the choice like on a computer without having to reinitialize the phone and lose all settings?

    Thank you

Lock codes (OTKSL = One time Subsidy Lock Code) are properitary to the cell phone provider. In this case, the lock code for you 3300 is owned by Bell, which we (Bell authorized sales representatives) aren't allowed to give out.

Thanks thephonemall, the last code you supplied, brought me to another screen.
Just one more question, how or where would I find the OTKSL?
    Thanks a million.........Zyplex

    Thanks thephonemall,

the number you've provided ##7764726, doesn't access programming
menu on my phone.I've punched in the code and nothing happens.
I was trying to unlock the phone in case I wanted to try another service provider. I'm on pay as you go cards, so I had to buy the phone.I know
they give you the phone if you sign with them for 3 years, but I didn't
    want to be locked in.
    But thanks for the response.

CDMA phones (Bell & Telus for example) do not have IMEI #'s - rather ESNs which is an 11 digit serial number. What are you trying to accomplish with your 3300?
##7764726 will access programming on the phone

I thought the IMEI had to be 15 numbers long
the ESN# i have is only 11 numbers???
    Not really sure.

    Isn't the IMEI# = ESN#?
