    Do you mean your phone number or one that you entered in your phone book?
    If yours, you will have to reprogram the NAM.

    Goto settings and then security. Enter your 4 digit security code and then you can erase contacts, downloads and any other user added stuff.

    Apparently you know very little, if anything, about a SCH a650......This option doesn't even exist on the phone........ .........

    Just replaced my a650 with a RAZR through Verizon............I want to clear the brain in the a650 so I can sell it but Verizon wants $10.00 to do that.......Anyone know how to get this done for Free maybe?
