No it does not matter. And yes it will work, since pretty much all the SIM card is telling the phone is who's using it.

Think of the SIM card as an ID card, with your Phone Number as the ID number.

If it's a Cingular SIM card, it will work in Cingular phones, does not matter if it's a camera phone, candy bar phone, slider phone or flip phone.

Is it possible to put a sim card from a phone with no camera into a camera phone?? Or will it not work right??
