    Sadly it wasn't muscle. But I woke up and decided to do somehthing about and lost the weight and now get to be solid, rather than mushy.

    Someone needs to work on his lifting form if his back is "totally destroyed" the next day after squats!!!

    Not underestimating KB at all, just know that he can't give a proper as described Bear hug is all.

    Da Bear weighs a lot less than he used to weigh (thank goodness). Tipping the scales of justice now at 230 vs the old weight of 480

    no no... my outer physique has nothing to do with my abilities

    i have an awesome body if i do say so myself

    i bench 225 which is ok for my age
    i can deadlift 405 twice (w/o breaking my back!)
    i can squat 405 8 times(but the next day my back is totally destroyed)
