Make sure that your sound file is not a large size file. ALso, make sure that the setting for the quality is less the 44Khz.

Hi i have Sgh E635 from tmobile.

and i used to download ringtones from www.tagtag.com/tae15

which is my wap website.

i used to make ringtone with MA-5 programs and when i donwload it

on my phone it says "support not content" and i can not hear sound.

but about 1month ago i can download it and i still hear the sound

but now when i up load it i can not hear sound with that massage come up.

but my friend download it it work. he have SGH-p735 but it work on his cellphone.

i dont know what is wrong with it and on my phone it work before..

and now it just not working..please help me!
