Thanks for reminding me, I new the Katana was already out but I forgot all about this link. I does look pretty cool doesn't it. I can't wait 'til we get the phone at our store.

LINK - it's just a teaser site, doesn't really spoil anything.
You can order the Katana now, and this teaser site just got a whole lot cooler than the last time I peeked at it. Thanks for the link, Bourn!

"Polar White" is a Radio Shack exclusive color?

Edit: Okay, the teaser is a little "hokey" but it was the first I got to see of the different colors etc. I'm sure when I looked a month ago they weren't showing us all that!

So it was still kinda cool, I guess.

You can order it right now from sprint.com! You can get it as low as $79.99 after rebates, at least that's what they're offering me. Hmm, maybe that's because they think I want to add it as a fourth phone to my plan. Still, it's not bad after rebates if you qualify for them.

Are bar-style phones a thing of the past? I hate flip phones. I don't need an extra step when answering a call. When, WHEN O LORD is Sprint gonna make an ultra-slim BAR STYLE PHONE!? Sprint, Please rip-off the SLVR already!!!

My A900 is just thin enough. I didn't like how the RAZR was disproportioned, it felt bad in my hands. This feels really good.

Look out for the new Sanyo Katana later this summer, suppose to be a really thin phone.

Well, the Samsung MM-A900 is 0.57" thick, and is currently Sprint's thinnest phone (that's .03" thinner than Verizon's Razr v3c and only 0.02" thicker than the GSM v3i). The LG Fusic LX 550 is Sprint's second thinnest phone, at 0.78".

I used phonescoop.com's Phone Finder tool to get all that info, hope this helps.

Edit: The Audiovox PPC-6600 is actually thinner than the Fusic at 0.74"...

Does anyone know about any thin Sprint phones? I had an MM8300 and it was too thick, so I want to replace it with something significantly thinner(than .95")?
