I think the sanyo 7300,7400,7500 series of phones would be what you are looking for. All have the rubberized grips in them and the 7400 has changeable face plates for when it starts looking tired. try refurbishedsprintphones.com or ebay.com for some good deals not found in sprint retail stores. Good luck.

the sanyo 8300 is very durable as well. I have personally seen it dropped on the concrete 5 times, drove over twice and it only has a few scuff marks on the front. Oh and it has had two beers spilled on it.

my old sanyo 8100 isn't exactly advertised as rugged, but it has been through hell and back, and despite many external scratches, this awesome phone just keeps on going. i highly highly suggest this phone. it's a bit outdated, but i've dropped it in water, and sent it flying across pavement, and it just keeps on truckin.

The only one that I can think of would be the Sanyo 7300 which has been discontinued. You can probably still find it at indirect Sprint dealers or online. If you don't mind it not being a flip phone, the Sanyo 4930 is ruggedized and still available.
