    Go to Sprint PCS Software: Sprint PCS Connection Manager Software from Sprint and download the phone as modem, it has the correct drivers that you need, and then in bitpim, you need to change the com port in settings.

    I bought datapilot for this phone because it was on the supported phones list on Susteens website. I so far have not gotten it to connect, and the susteen support website for this phone is a dead link. Any suggestions?

    You can try that....but I've never seen it done before.I know the sanyo 200 isn't a vision capable phone. Perhaps try upgrading to the 2300 or 3100 which are vision capable.
